Global Digital Activation Manager (m/f/d)

The position for the department Global Digital Transformation is to be filled as soon as possible.

We are looking for a digital enthusiast with a smart and energetic mindset, a positive attitude and who takes pride in his / her work. The Global Digital Activation Manager will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with local and global teams reporting to the Head of Global Digital Activation. You will support countries in developing, executing and managing digital Performance campaigns (with focus on Search & Programmatic) across multiple markets to achieve exceptional ROI for our company.  It`s a broad role with great opportunities to accomplish and the possibility to push your own initiatives. You will be a part of a company that is eager to move forward in digital affairs.

Your Tasks
  • You will be responsible for the strategic & conceptual development of the performance marketing with Focus on SEA / SEO / Programmatic Advertising
  • You are responsible for the conception, implementation & KPI-based optimization of the performance marketing campaigns with focus on SEA / SEO / Programmatic Advertising
  • You take care of the continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns based on previously set goals and measures.
  • Regular conception and implementation of testings’ (AB-tests: keywords, ad groups, wording, landing pages etc.)

Our Expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related program or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in managing SEA campaigns and driving SEO @ Google (Yandex would be a plus) + some years of Programmatic Advertising
  • You are very familiar with the potentials and possibilities in the area of SEA/SEO/Programmatic Advertising
  • Proven experience with developing new campaigns, executing and auditing established campaigns and providing recommendations and solutions to improve performance
  • DSP, DMP and CPA are no foreign words for you and you think in Customer Journey, Conversion and ROI
  • A genuine passion for digital and a natural curiosity about the development of the area
  • Good understanding of business KPI`s and solution orientation
  • Experience with Google Analytics / Google Ads / Search Console / SEMRush / Searchmetrics / Google Data studio and other Dashboards / DSPs
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German / English, knowledge of the Russian language would be a plus
